Areas of Focus

You don’t have to have the right words for what’s going on.
You might just know that something feels heavy, overwhelming, or not quite like you.
Therapy is a space where we slow things down - where you can begin to understand what you’re carrying, and gently shift how you experience yourself and your life.
While every person’s story is different, I often work with individuals navigating these kinds of concerns:

Anxiety & Overwhelm

You may feel like your mind rarely quiets - constantly thinking, anticipating, or trying to keep up with everything on your plate.
For some, this shows up as anxiety. For others, it may be connected to ADHD - difficulty focusing, following through, or feeling easily overwhelmed by daily demands.
Even when things appear “fine” on the outside, internally it can feel exhausting.
In our work together, we begin to interrupt that cycle - so you can feel more grounded, clear, and better able to move through your day with intention.

Grief & Life Transitions

Not all grief is obvious. It can come from loss, but also from change - shifts in identity, relationships, or the life you thought you’d have.
These experiences can leave you feeling unsteady or unsure of where you fit now. Therapy offers space to process what’s been lost, make meaning of what’s changing, and find your footing again.

Relationships

Relationships can be one of the most meaningful - and most painful - parts of our lives.
You may notice patterns that keep repeating, difficulty expressing your needs, or a sense of disconnection even when you care deeply. Together, we explore how you relate to others and help you move toward more secure, fulfilling, and authentic connections.

Couples Counseling

Relationships can hold both deep connection and real challenges. You may find yourselves stuck in the same conversations, feeling misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward together. Couples counseling offers a space to step back, gain perspective, increase understanding, and move toward a more aligned and secure relationship.

Depression & Emotional Disconnection

Sometimes it’s not intense emotion, but the absence of it. Feeling numb, stuck, or unlike yourself can be just as difficult as feeling overwhelmed.
Our work focuses on gently reconnecting - with your emotions, your sense of self, and what brings meaning to your life - at a pace that feels supportive - not forced.

Hormonal Changes & Emotional Wellbeing

Shifts in hormones - especially during perimenopause and menopause - can impact how you feel physically and mentally. You may notice increased anxiety, mood changes, or a sense of not feeling like yourself. This work offers space to better understand what’s happening in your body while supporting your emotional experience. Through psychoeducation and practical support, we focus on helping you feel more grounded and more equipped to navigate these changes.
