Hi there! I’m Julie & I’m really glad you’re here.

If you’ve found your way to this page, something in your life may be asking for attention. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to shift — even if you’re not quite sure what that is yet.

You don’t have to figure that out alone.

I work with adults and couples who want more clarity, steadiness, and alignment in their lives. Together, we create space to slow down, untangle what feels heavy, and make sense of patterns that may no longer be serving you. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you reconnect with your own insight, resilience, and capacity for change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest. I’ll meet you with empathy and deep respect for your story, while also gently challenging you when growth calls for it. I believe healing happens in relationship — in a space where you feel safe enough to be real, and supported enough to try something new.

I draw from evidence-based and trauma-informed practices, while honoring the full picture of who you are — your biology, your relationships, your history, your environment, and the systems that have shaped your experience. You are not a diagnosis. You are a whole person.

I bring both professional training and lived understanding to our work together. But more than anything, I bring presence.

If you’re ready to begin or simply curious about what working together might feel like, I would love to connect.

“In my early professional years I was asking the question, How can I treat, or cure, or change this person? Now I would phrase the question in this way: How can I provide a relationship which this person may use for his own personal growth?”

~Carl Rogers
