Therapy and coaching are $150 for a 50-minute session. Extended sessions - such as 75 or 100 minute sessions - are available upon request. All payments are handled securely and electronically via credit/debit card through Simple Practice, making the process easy and convenient for you.

I am currently transitioning out of insurance contracts to allow for more personalized, flexible care without the limitations often required by insurance plans. I provide superbills that clients may submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Therapy is a process, and meaningful change often takes time. The length of therapy varies based on your goals, what you’re working through, and the pace that feels right for you. Some people find benefit in a shorter period of focused work, while others choose ongoing therapy for deeper growth and ongoing support. We’ll regularly check in together to ensure therapy continues to feel helpful and aligned with your needs.
